#17: Escalator Temporarily Stairs
Two things stand out to me on this sign. The first is that it reminds me of that Mitch Hedberg bit about out-of-order escalators: “An escalator can never break. It can only become stairs.” And that makes me miss Mitch Hedberg.

The more baffling part, of course, is the bit about the elevator located in baby. After some thought, the best conclusion I can come up with is that they meant to use the word “lobby,” but how do you misspell “lobby” so badly that it turns into “baby,” and how do you not notice the mistake while you print, laminate, and then post the sign?
